users can setup their own bio. you can write your active hours there if you want or just have your website in your bio. not to mention usernames which makes it even easier to share your contact without even giving away your number

No Ads

i mean its pretty straight forward there are no ads on the platform non at all.

Folders

you can keep chats organized inside folders. making it easier to manage conversations with customers

Privacy

its better then viber. you dont have to share phone numbers. you can control who can see your details. you can control who can contact you

The Viber Rant

ok so lemmi rant about viber

first of all the app is slow and just looks ugly. there is no privacy on the app. one look at the api is enough to tell me all i need. not to mention the multiple data leaks that has happen on viber over the years. i absolutely hate the chat sync. i have lost alot of chats over the years cause of the chat backup feature. the desktop app is shit and unnecessarily bulky and takes up too much resources.

at the end of the day viber is in a market where there are better alternatives and ill choose to go with the alternative
